With a BSc in Computer Engineering (‘98) and an MBA (2005), Pınar has showcased her expertise through diverse technical and business positions, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit in both Turkey and Helsinki. She has also lent her skills to various projects across different regions. Pınar’s dedication extends beyond her professional pursuits, as she has actively engaged in NGO work, contributing as a volunteer and serving on several boards. Since returning to Istanbul, Turkey, almost 9 years ago, Pınar has made significant contributions to Beko Global, assuming key roles such as IoT Program Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, Data & AI Manager, and as the Executive Director of Innovation.

Describing herself primarily as an individual, a human being, and a mother, Pınar lives by the motto from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Insist on being yourself, because every great person is unique.”
