Yomi Kastro is the founder and managing partner of Inveon and Inventures. Since programming his first software at the age of 11, he has dedicated himself to information technologies and internet ventures.

Founded in 2006, Inveon develops web-based software solutions and e-commerce platforms for corporates. Inveon, which also brings to life internet ventures requiring advanced technology, was first recognized by Deloitte in 2017 as one of Turkey’s fastest-growing technology companies and has been awarded the “Deloitte Technology Fast 50” award six times in a row. In 2024, Inveon was listed as a “Major Player” in the field of “Digital Commerce” by IDC.

In 2009, Kastro founded Inventures, which provides technology, investment, and business development support to internet ventures. He has been involved as an investor and/or board member in over 25 pioneering internet ventures, including Trendyol, Supplementler, Ideasoft, Scorp, Cenoa, and Copyright Capital.

Kastro was selected as “Entrepreneur of the Year 2009” in Turkey by JCI, one of the world’s most respected business and entrepreneurship associations. His articles on internet technologies, artificial intelligence, and software engineering have been published in international academic journals.

Yomi Kastro graduated with high honors from the Department of Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University, where he completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies. He also completed the “Private Equity and Venture Capital” program at Harvard Business School.

He is a board member of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation and the TÜBİSAD Informatics Industry Association. Since 2019, Kastro has been a member of Founders Pledge.
